The Love Trilogy Part I : The Internal Sanctuary

We spend so much time getting ready for a date; the hair, the outfit, the fragrance; but how much time do we spend getting our hearts ready for the weight of another person’s soul?

Preparation isn’t about being “perfect” for a man; it’s about being whole for yourself so that when love arrives, it’s an addition, not a rescue mission. You have to cultivate the garden before you invite someone to walk in it.

  • Evicting the “Placeholder” Energy: You cannot prepare for a King while you are still entertaining a “Dusty” just to keep the bed warm. Preparation requires clearing the deck. If your energy is tied up in a “situationship” or a “Tariq St. Patrick” type, you are sending a signal to the universe that you are occupied.
  • The “Scholar Goddess” Self-Study: Use this time to understand your own attachment style. Are you anxious? Avoidant? Secure? In 2026, self-awareness is the ultimate luxury. Read the books, do the therapy, and understand why you are drawn to certain patterns.
  • The Character Example: Issa Dee (Insecure, Later Seasons). Before Issa could find a healthy rhythm with Lawrence or anyone else, she had to build “The Bloom.” She had to get her business right, her apartment right, and her spirit right. She prepared by becoming the woman she actually wanted to be.

Sisters, your “single season” isn’t a waiting room; it’s a laboratory. Use this time to become so familiar with your own light that you can spot a shadow from a mile away. You aren’t “alone”; you are in deep preparation for a harvest that requires a strong foundation.

Stay feminine, stay focused, and remember: The garden must be beautiful before the guest arrives. You are a Goddess who knows that her internal sanctuary is her greatest asset.

Sincerely,
