Amara : The Seven Days of Sovereign Grace
I was sitting in the quiet of this holiday morning and realized that while the world is busy with boxes and bows, we have a divine opportunity to create a tradition that actually feeds the woman we are becoming.
For the next week, I am inviting you to join me in The Seven Days of Amara. This isn’t just about a holiday; it’s a radical reclamation of our time and our culture. We’ve spent the year navigating a lot of noise, and often, we find ourselves following traditions that don’t quite fit the size of our spirits. So, we’re revamping the final week of the year to be a masterclass in intentionality, exclusively for us.
Each day for the next seven days, we are going to focus on a principle that fortifies our internal sancturary and honors the legacy of the women who came before us.
The Amara Principles
- Day 1: December 26th | Sovereign Alignment: Today isn’t about the crowd; it’s about you. Spend the first hour of your day in total silence. Check in on your heart before you check in on the world.
- Day 2: December 27th | Intentional Vision: Revisit your vision board. Remind yourself that you are the sole architect of your life. No external climate can decide your value…only you.
- Day 3: December 28th | Sisterly Restoration: Reach out to one woman in your circle and offer her a word of genuine encouragement. We are each other’s greatest resource, and our strength is found in how we uplift one another’s peace.
- Day 4: December 29th | Economic Grace: Be hyper-intentional with your spending. If you need a resource, find a Black woman-owned brand, such as mines, to support. Let our coins build a fortress for our future.
- Day 5: December 30th | The Radical Pause: We are ditching the hustle for twenty-four hours. Rest is not a reward; it is a prerequisite for excellence. Take a nap, read for pleasure, and simply be.
- Day 6: December 31st | Creative Glow: Do something purely for the beauty of it. Sketch, dance, or try a luxury recipe from our winter menu. Reclaim your right to play without needing a result.
- Day 7: January 1st | Ancestral Anchor: On the final day, light a candle for the women in your lineage. Trust that the same grace that carried them is currently carrying you into 2026.
The Heart of the Tradition
It’s more than just rituals; it’s about realizing that you are the prize. You don’t need to wait for a “new year” to start living with this level of intention. By dedicating these seven days to the Amara Standard, you are telling the universe that you are ready for the expansion that is coming.
Take this week to be still. Take this week to be loud about your goals. But most importantly, take this week to be unapologetically you.
Stay feminine, stay focused, and remember: Your traditions are the heartbeat of your legacy. You are a Goddess who knows that her culture is her strength, and your intentionality is a sacred act. You’re just a woman, but the world is reshaped by the grace you choose to embody.
With love,
