Exposing My Secret & The Visionary Board

I have a confession to make: I haven’t been waiting for January 1st to start my “New Year” life, and honestly, you shouldn’t either.

I’m exposing my secret 3-month goal right now: I am currently in a season of complete recentering. I’m stripping back my business goals and my personal habits to ensure my foundation is unshakable. Most people wait for a calendar flip to change, but a visionary knows that the best time to start was yesterday. I’ve spent the last few weeks looking at what’s working and what’s just “noise,” and I’m using these final months of the year to sharpen my focus so I can hit the ground running while everyone else is still waking up from a holiday haze.

The Vision Board vs. The Resolution Resolutions are often just empty promises we make when we’re tired of things we don’t like in our life. Yet intentions are the fuel for your vision board. A vision board isn’t just a craft project; it’s a physical manifestation of your goals and standards.

• Where to Build It: You don’t just need a massive poster board. I’ve put a version of mine on the front of my daily folder so I see it every time I go to class or a meeting. You can make it your phone lock screen, framed wall art, or even a private digital board that you check every morning because I have that set up as well! Yep! Extra serious about my purpose and intentions.
• What to Focus On: Don’t just pin images of “stuff.” Focus on the feeling and the skill. Pin images of the peace you want, the sisterhood you crave, and the specific life skills you want to master. Make sure you’re touching on EVERY part of your life!
• My Top 3 “Start Now” Goals: 1. Business Refinement: I’m cleaning up my systems and recentering my professional vision so I can lead with ease. 2. Physical Restoration: I’m establishing a movement routine that honors my body’s strength. 3. Spiritual Stillness: I’m committing to 20 minutes of silence before I even touch my phone in the morning.

The beauty of starting now is that by the time January arrives, these habits won’t be “new”…they’ll be your lifestyle. You are giving yourself the gift of a head start. Don’t wait for permission from a calendar to become the woman you see in your dreams.
